SMC Freelance provided us and continues to serve us at Mission Encounters International (MEI), a non-profit organization, with invaluable website services. At first, they jumped in and cleaned up our old website, which over the years had been managed and edited by multiple individuals, with various levels of WordPress knowledge. Once this painstaking process of bringing our old website and WordPress foundation up to speed, SMC Freelance provided us solid insights for improvement of our content and appearance.
Later, once we were ready to fund a change, SMC Freelance converted our website to an updated WordPress format and modernized website. In addition to all the technical changes, they provided us design and content advice. We were able to move from an updated WordPress framework to a current responsive format, so we no longer had to suffer with an inefficient mobile version.
Once completed, including all our last minute changes, SMC Freelance provided training to our staff for on-going maintenance and changes. This training process still continues to-date, as they are always available for more updates requiring more technical knowledge.
